Hey, I’m Jess.

It is hard to be a human! I provide a compassionate nurturing space for exploring life's inevitable stressors.

I’m here to deeply listen to your unique experiences, needs and goals. To witness the sorrow, grief, loss, anger, frustration, dread, anxiety and joy that are all an inevitable part of being here. I am here to tell you you are not broken!

Our bodies hold the stories of our lives. I integrate approaches such as EMDR and inner child parts work to access healing at a cellular level. 

I am a white, cisgender woman and LGBTQA+ ally. I have lived experience of depression, anxiety, family crisis, people-pleasing and perfectionism. The context of my life shapes the way I see and move through the world. I am passionate about nurturing everyone’s unique story and way of living. I believe that we are all inherently good and deserving of love.

How it works:

    If you think we might be a good fit, submit a contact form on this site, give me a call or send a text. We’ll find a time for a 20 minute phone call where I can answer any additional questions you might have and see if I can help you reach your goals.

  • Connect.

    If you’d like to move forward and schedule a session, we’ll find a 50 minute time block that works for us both. We’ll decide together if we meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, virtually or in person. We’ll personalize your sessions to your needs.

  • Build & Grow.

    A crucial aspect to effecting change is building our relationship. We’ll develop trust and instill safety. We'll collaborate to develop and work toward your goals. While painful memories and grief will always be there, we can lessen the charge around them and hold space for whatever migh come up.
